Oscar Jarquin
Co-Owner/Inspector

Oscar Jarquin is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with over three decades of experience in engineering, geospatial technology, and public service. After serving six years in the Marines, he worked as a civil engineering technician and land surveyor before joining the California Department of Transportation, where he retired as Program Manager of the Geographic Information System. A globally recognized lecturer on integrating geospatial systems into IT infrastructure, Oscar later co-founded a thriving home inspection business with his son and wife in 2021, achieving 50% annual growth. A pilot since 1996, he is passionate about aviation, family, travel, and enjoys life in Bremerton, WA, with his wife of 41 years, their grandkids, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Zuul.

Paige Jarquin
Co-Owner/General Manager

Paige Jarquin is co-owner and General Manager of the Jarquin Team at Pillar to Post, working alongside her husband Oscar and their oldest son Justin. She brings energy, kindness, and a genuine passion to everything she does.

With a diverse professional background and vibrant career spanning over 40 years, she’s worn many hats—from executive business manager with an R&D manufacturing company to being a top-producing Realtor for more than 18 years—she spent the last five years training and mentoring other real estate professionals. Paige loves working with agents, helping them grow their businesses and navigate the home inspection industry with confidence. 

When she’s not busy making things happen in the home inspection industry, Paige is all about family, community, and her passions. She’s a proud YiaYia to her eight grandkids, spoiling them with love and fun adventures. A dog lover and foodie, she enjoys cooking up new recipes and sharing them with family, friends, and her church family, serving on the hospitality team at NewLife in Silverdale. Her dedication to service extends into her volunteer work—she was a guide dogs puppy raiser and trainer for eight years, served as an executive board member for Chicks in Crisis, and is currently a board member with the Greater Kitsap Chamber of Commerce and holds a seat on the Franchise Advisory Committee within Pillar to Post’s executive team. 

Justin Jarquin
Co-Owner/Inspector

Justin Jarquin is a licensed inspector and marketing lead at Pillar to Post. After more than a decade in the oil and gas industry—working on rigs across North America—he transitioned into home inspection to be closer to home with the arrival of his fourth daughter. That’s right—four daughters! Life with a full house has sharpened his patience and adaptability, which he brings to every client interaction with a steady, understanding approach.

During his 11 years in the oilfield, Justin led teams in high-pressure environments, where he was responsible for rigging up complex job sites and operating a wide range of industrial equipment. He also played a key role in environmental safety and compliance—overseeing testing procedures, monitoring site conditions, and ensuring operations met rigorous environmental standards. This experience now directly supports his role as our in-house expert on environmental testing, including mold, asbestos, and pest inspections.

Before entering the home inspection industry, Justin also worked across several construction trades, giving him a solid understanding of how home systems function and interact. As a former instructor and manager in the oil field, he’s passionate about education and clear communication—ensuring every client walks away informed, empowered, and confident in their next steps.

Jarrod Garton
Lead Inspector

Jarrod is one of the lead inspectors at Pillar to Post and is thrilled to be a part of the team. Originally from Pasco, Washington, he was born and raised in the Tri-Cities, graduating from Liberty Christian School in 2005.
In 2006, he joined the Air Force, embarking on a journey that provided him with invaluable experiences and skills. However, his heart has always been in the Pacific Northwest. After a long absence, he finally returned home and settled in Gig Harbor in 2024.
His time in the military taught him many great skills that have helped shape him and bring him to where he is today. Many of these skills are directly applicable to being a great home inspector, and he employs them on every inspection to provide thorough professional service to all of our clients.
In his spare time, you can find him cherishing every moment with his kids, exploring the mountains, fishing, and enjoying sports. He is looking forward to getting to know everyone and contributing to the success of the team.

Suzanne Jarquin
Executive Coordinator & Marketing Specialist

Suzanne is the Executive Coordinator and Marketing Specialist for the Pillar to Post – Jarquin Team, bringing a strong background in digital media and strategic planning. Before joining the team, she worked for a California-based advertising agency as a Digital Media Strategist, managing national digital media campaigns for Genesis and Hyundai. Her experience in advertising has equipped her with a keen eye for detail, a creative approach to marketing, and a deep understanding of client-focused service.

She and her husband, Justin, who co-owns the franchise with his parents, are proud to be part of a family-run business. Together, they are raising four amazing daughters and enjoy the adventure and balance that family life brings. Outside of work, Suzanne loves spending time outdoors, reading, traveling, and never turns down a great cup of coffee.
